All Things Adobe

Learning Experience Project

Throughout my career, I've been tasked with training my team and customers on Adobe software, including Illustrator, Photoshop, AfterEffects, Premiere Pro, Animate, Captivate and Character Animator. I'm passionate about developing in-person sessions that are engaging and hands-on, and providing digital learning-aids to help break down complex tools to help my learners grasp advanced technical concepts.

Quick Start Guides

Learning complex design programs can be tough. While teaching Adobe classes at Stanford, I created quick start guides to provide a quick reference to the most common tools and short cuts. These were printed and handed out at the start of class.

Presentation

While facilitating workshops, I created presentation slides to help stay on topic and ensure all objectives of the workshop are met. This included outlining learner expectations, cues for hands-on activities, visualazation of key concepts, and knowledge checks.

Hands-On Projects

I designed my workshops to have many opportunities to apply concepts to meaningful (and fun!) projects. For the more indepth projects, I created step by step tutorials to help me (the facilitator) stay on track, but also to provide the learners with a reference to look back on after the class.
